What I do I run searches as an independent advisor for early stage fintech founders, mostly in New York. Product and GTM hires. A small number of clients at any one time, so I can give the right out of attention to each one. If I've reached out to you recently, it's because of one of those roles.

Background • 3 years at WorksHub (2017–2020). Placed 50+ candidates into Digital Asset, Gemini, O1 Labs, Tezos, and JP Morgan across software, product, and leadership. • 6 years at Series B–C scale-ups in HR tech (Karat) & AI (Pypestream & Techwolf) in GTM leadership roles (2020 - 2025). I've seen great teams and great products scale, fail and transform and know how scale ups work. I've spent a decade talking to engineers, PMs, sales leadership, founders and early stage operators. I care deeply about work, and the careers of the people I work with. It's with that perspective that I feel I do my best work as a headhunter/recruiter/talent person.
